First, define your workflow logic in the contactSPACE Red page-flow editor. Then, build out individual screens, including pop-outs, prompts, images, and video – without having to touch HTML, CSS, or JS (unless you want to).

Easily optimize dialer & data settings

While new campaign creation is as simple as using the campaign set-up wizard, it’s also easy to optimize your campaign settings with contactSPACE Red.

Based on contactSPACE Red reporting, you might like to edit dialer recall rules, which is as simple as going to the campaigns page and clicking the edit button.

You can also duplicate campaigns with the click of a button, allowing you to easily test out new contact and data segmentation strategies.
